Für Fans war das Buch ganz schön, doch hatte ich mehr Skizzen oder Vorzeichnungen erwartet, statt hauptsächlich Film Stills. Dennoch ist es schön geschrieben und man erfährt einiges über Hayao Miyazakis Arbeit hinter den Kulissen.
Well, the book is full with pretty sketches, but only a handful feature a small piece of explanation, or background info and the pieces are really small. In the end it is a book filled with pictures from a movie, I love, but I'm a little bist disappointed nonetheless.
Das Buch ist ein Must have für alle "Das wandelnde Schloss" Fans. Es ist groß und schwer, aber mit sehr vielen Bildern und Skizzen.

Ein wirklich sehr schönes Buch mit sehr schönen Abbildungen und interessanten Informationen und trotz englischer Sprache, leicht verständlich. Jedem Ghibli oder Anime-Fan zu empfehlen!
Das Buch ist schön gestaltet und enthält eine Vielzahl unterschiedlich gestalteter Illustrationen, worduch die gesamte Entwicklung des Films sowie der Geschichte mitverfolgt werden kann.
Sehr schön illustriertes Artbook in englischer Sprache. Meines Wissens gibt es leider auch kein Artbook in deutsch (nur englisch oder japanisch).Das Buch selbst hat ein Hardcover und ist sehr gut gebunden. Die Seiten fühlen sich glatt und sehr hochwertig an (kein Farbgeruch). Die letzten 50 Seiten wo das Screenplay nachgelesen werden kann sind aber auf einem griffigeren Papier gedruckt welches aber dennoch, dank seiner Stärke, als sehr hochwertig bezeichnet werden muss.Insgesamt kann man von einem sehr hochwertigen Produkt sprechen welches die Herzen der Sammler höher schlagen lassen wird.Abschliesend kann ich meinem Vorredner (knuheilaz) Aufruf nur anschliessen und jedem Raten sich das Buch nicht entgehen zu lassen, solange es noch verfügbar ist.
